About the Role
As a property sourcer, you will be at the heart of identifying and securing residential and commercial properties for both sale and rental across Essex and South Suffolk.
You will play a crucial role in developing our property pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and helping drive the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure residential and commercial properties, both on and off-market.
Conduct detailed market research and identify new property opportunities.
Carry out market appraisals and ensure full compliance with onboarding requirements.
Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and property owners.
Negotiate property terms and deliver optimal results for our clients.
Network with professionals such as accountants, solicitors, and developers.
Collaborate with our estate and lettings teams to align strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in property sourcing, estate agency, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the UK property market, particularly in Essex and Suffolk.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency with CRM systems and property platforms.
Desirable
Background in estate agency or property investment.
Existing network within the property industry.
Understanding of property legislation and compliance.
